On the personal side: 

Jake is a husband, father, son and brother! He currently resides outside Denver, CO with his beautiful wife and daughters. He wakes up at 4:29AM everyday so that he can spend time thinking and dreaming. He is co-founder of The 5AMERS Accountability & Achievement Group, host of the Unmastered Class Podcast and the guy behind The Year of Yes Challenge! Outside of work you will find Jake on his road or mountain bike exploring the Rocky Mountains. 

On the business side: 

Since 2003 Jake has overseen over $5 Billion in real estate transactions in DC, MD, VA, PA and Florida where he is currently leading, training and coaching 1,200 real estate agents. In taking time to reflect upon what enabled his teams to grow and thrive, Jake realized that the success of his business was directly related to the ability of the leadership team to take strategic risks in order to be able to position the business in a category of it's own! This sent Jake on a mission to become an expert strategist in order to help other businesses grow and thrive.
